Played the first one, which was awesome, and I can already tell the second one is going to be top notch. I strongly recommend it for any system.

yup i just beat the second one and since ive never played the first i really need to get it im really lost on the story but anyway the second one was one of the best games ive ever played.

You played the second but not the first...SACRILEGE!  Yeah, I can understand if you're horribly confused.  I suggest reading the script for the game (I think gamefaqs.com should have it) if you can't play it any time soon.
