cheesy At least on this one, I'm siding with the law. We had a slew of cases here in NC about six years ago where migrant workers were having their homes invaded by african americans and were beaing beaten and then robbed by them. All this because some genius figured out that Mexicans never go to American banks because they don't trust them, hence all of their pay is in their pockets. Bandits I'll believe in this case before Vampires.

Good one, elleagwire. I think that robbers passing by as vampires can easily get the victims scared so they won't put up a fight. I'd just like to know that how they knew they were vampires. (It's quite easy to get pointy teeth, just will cost you a couple bucks.)

Yes we are real, I stated in the library forum, that there is a possibility that an incubus may possess a man, and combine it's etheric seed with the seed of the human male, and the result is a halfling. I am probably a halfling, because my father was into blood and even had a coven that repeatedly fed on each other, and even drained living animals to share the blood. Which my father believed imparted an individual with the abilities of the animal (temporarily). My mother says that the time that she believes I had been concieved that my father "was not himself". I wondered about this for many years. Then, I was visited continuously by an incubus that left me weak and sick, with injuries all over my body apon waking from erotic dreams. As a halfling, I was a beacon, drawing him to me. I was hospitalized after I began to throw up large amounts of blood, even though I had consumed none. After the hospitalization, I was put on a high protein, high iron diet. The visitations slowed when I found that I was pregnant, which is odd because my husband is not supposed to be able to conceive and I was utterly faithful. My son, a blondish, hazel eyed baby, resembling closley my husband was born, and the hunger started again, tenfold. I took a donor, but shortly after, had to relocate. Recently, I had a kitchen accident, and my now 17 month old son alarmingly latched onto the cut. Damn, what is a mommy to do? Anyway, I am hoping that my son is not like me, and that it was all a fluke. I am a brunette with brown eyes, and sunlight hurts very much, like needles going through my eyes into my brain. I had my eyes checked and the eye doctor was shocked to find that I had multiple secondary pupils that dilated along with the main pupil. He had never seen such a thing. He recommended those stupid wraparound sunglasses that you see older individuals wearing. I wore them for a time, but switched to regular dark sunglasses. Yes, light hurts, but I dont burn because of my native american heritage (Seminole to be exact). Though I am very pale.
Yes,vampires exist, we are human, but a different species of human, more predatory and with a need for living blood, rare steak does not satisfy because that is dead blood. We need the living Mana in blood. (Life Force) We can survive without it, but are endlessly hungry. We are generally stronger than the regular human, more agile and dextrous. But, differentiating for vampires of myth, we, as moral individuals, do not bite. We draw blood with a needle or a small cut. Back in CA, there are vamp/donor parties in which butterfly needles are inserted into the screened donors and everyone gets a few sips. Generally this happens in established covens, and are very exclusive events.
Okay, enough rambling, any questions?

Are you saying that vampire births may be the result of the father being possessed by an incubus?

On another note, that fact that your father was ''into blood'' , dosen't  necessarily make your parentage anything other than ordinary. There are a lot of otherwise perfectly normal people who enjoy weaving elaborate fantasies about their fetish for blood.

Yes, the vampiric traits are believed to be stronger if they come from an unbroken blood-line, though I hardly imagine that is common. Pungaboy, what is your preferred  method of deriving the energy you undoubtedly need? And what special abilities do you possess?

The sons and daughters of Lilith are faced with etheric being, non solid, but they are very sexual. If a father or mother is possessed by one of the immortal incubi or succubae, the result is a powerful being with a bloodlust. I believe that my father was possessed because my mmother described my conception to me, (much to my distaste) He had been working in demonology and necromancy, was born vampire, and he was extremely cruel that night, biting and drawing blood. Which was unlike him. I was born not only with the venetian viel, but also with some of my teeth. I simply took this information and put it together with a lot of study. Later on in life, I was awakened with bruising and lacerations to my entire body after some, well, naughty dreams. Then one morning after, I was lying on the bed examining a cut to my inner elbow, and out of the corner of my eye, I saw a human formed shadow standing at the foot of the bed. My husband was away on a job, and I was extremely lonely, I was an unconscious beacon. This shadow moved slightly and I looked at it for a second or two before it vanished. That was a very hard time for me. I became weak and sick, nothing helped. I was saved by a donor. He strengthened me and saved me from the hunger. Unfortunately, I moved to another state and never saw him again. My point is, if you are doubting vampirism, talk to someone that has the hunger, and you may find common ground with what I have told you. As for immortality, vampire halflings age more slowly than humans do. A gift to be sure.

i will say this topic is intresting, but i say that alot because this is the only site i have found that helps me with my reasearch but its intresting to read aswell.

now i have freinds that are basically vampires they have a lust for blood basically all the time and they have been known to want my blood, just when maybe i hve a bleeding nose. i cant prove that there vampires but., there is a major problem with me more than them, because origanaly i thought they where crazy i let t6hem have my blood to discover i cant look at blood any more i wondered why so i kept trying to look but my head wont let me look again without me blacking out and then i will wake up and while i am sitting there i manage to leave the room.

but now back to topic.

i have a great intrest in all things supernatural and paranormal, so i come here to see what i can find out on here and alot on here has agreed with my research ok my reasearch is mostly based on demons and spirits but i look into other topics like vampires to make comparisons, (a technique that i learnt via help from a teacher at school and i  still need to perfect but it works).

but now i will pose a question on this topic, if you are a vampire what is the difference between you and a demon or a spirit i have studied this but only to black holes?

Let's start by stating something you should have gotten from reading around these forums a bit.  A lust for blood does not make you vampire.  Also, blood sharing is bad and dangerous as a general rule of thumb.  You might want to read around here a bit more, so you can dispel some of the misconceptions about vampires.

Onto your question, what exactly is it you think vampires, spirits, and demons have in common?  As far as I know they're generally vastly different  entities(depending on what lore you follow and who you listen to) so answering what specifically is different about them is kind of like asking how a tree is different from a dog.  You can list the reasons, but a better question is how a tree is different from a shrub, since they're both plants.  Could you be more specific?

Vampire Sightings in Otero County

Illegal immigrants trying to sneak into the United States through southern New Mexico face a host of obstacles, from brutal heat and unscrupulous smugglers to the sharp eyes of the Border Patrol. But recently, a new peril has emerged: vampires. Since September, the Alamogordo office of the Border Patrol has taken over a dozen reports from illegal immigrants who claim to have encountered vampires. "Some of these people were pretty frightened," acknowledges Dan Jimenez, Chief of the Border Patrol's Alamogordo Sector. "One guy told us vampires dragged away two of his friends." Most of the alleged sightings have taken place in eastern Otero County, an area known in the migrant community as the "Journado Del Muerto," or "Journey of Death," because of its harsh terrain. While Chief Jimenez has asked his officers to practice extra vigilance, he isn't ready to break out the garlic and crosses just yet. "Unfortunately, we have bandits living in those mountains who will rob anyone coming through the area. Some of these guys, in the right light, they could pass for vampires."

I don't know how you should react to this sighting.  It's quite intriguing but you try to judge whether it is true or not.

When I hear vampires in Mexico , I can't help but remember the flick "  From dusk til dawn'...

 bat  Elle Mayson

I live in new mexico (not mexico) and I heard of these reports as well, so I took a drive down. As far as I can tell there are no vamps out there unless they are hiding really well or have moved on. I can usually detect the aura of another vampire from quite a distance away but there have been times when my abilities fail me (probally more from a lack of control over them) but I take alot of interest in random attacks as these might be from someone who is mentally unstable with vampiric thirst that needs to be controlled. I feel such things are my responsibility to at least look into.

I know they exist... I have seen what I have seen and believe my eyes.... and I have tracked down a number of them in the act of doing awful things...
certain things in this world DO exist and some people just don't want to believe it, either they are afraid and cant stand the truth or they are living in Blissful ignorance and thats fine to... just be care full who you put trust into or who you may anger, they may not always be kind.
