Some are just server people that look at the boards. I remember my forums where guest would come on with the same IP's. Basically they're the host people checking in to the boards they host to make sure everything is "okay". (As in not braking their rules.)

Normally they just check in to make sure that its running okay, and it abides by the rules they let down.

Guy-with-big--greasy-head-named-Dib-who-is-enemy-of-the-green-alien-in-disguise prepares a sort of serum if inserted in the veins transforms that mortal into a balony.

Unforunatly, the plan turns into a diaster with the backfire of the sientific experiment and Guy-with-big--greasy-head-named-Dib-who-is-enemy-of-the-green-alien-in-disguise accidently gets the taste of his own medicine...

a) throw them away or
b)use them to play fetch with the wolves or
c)use the bones as decoration or
d)save up to hang them on the Christmas Tree?
