well i guess the biggest question is how will i know if its time? i mean i trust her but i dont know if she could accept it or not shes very religious.

truthfully i would just tell her slowly. Let her get to know about it over a period of time. I know if you just confronted her by saying "Oh i need to tell you something i am a were" I think she might flip or think your crazy. Some people don't but the majority of them do. Oh and moloch is right by saying not to rush into it too fast. I was with my last boyfriend for a year and a half and we both wanted to get married but I had a strange feeling about something and that i was worried what might happen when i leave for tibet next year. So i broke up with him because of that feeling and just recently found out that 3 days after i left for college he cheated on me and I didn't know until yesterday. You have to get to know the girl better and gain each others complete trust. He didn't trust me but i trusted him and he cheated on me because he didn't trust me. Now I am hurt but I am use to it I always get cheated on for some reason it may be a curse or something I don't know... But yes let her know but slowly if you bluntly say it she might freak out or think you are crazy so....

It sounds like she might be sick or something. Let her tell you that on your own though. Let her know you'd still care about her no matter what happens.

And when it comes to telling her about being a were, see if she thinks weres are cool and interesting, but don't give away. Ask her questions like "hypothetically, what would do if you met someone who was a werewolf?", and see what she says. I've done it before even though I'm not a were. I wanted to see if my best friend was open to the supernatural and stuff. She says she'd be terrified, and I've been careful what I talk about because of that. If your girlfriend says she'd be afraid, be careful and wait a little while to see how much she trusts you. Don't wait too long though, because if it hurts the relationship, you don't want to be completely in love with her.
