I have only found one site on p-shifting and it is very vague.  Any other sites I should visit on this topic?  Please help.

Well, before I answer you, I would have to say, before you continue to look for this you need to seriously ask yourself why it is you are looking into this.  If you are looking to P-shift for real for some reason, be aware what that is, and that the chances of succeeding are pretty much unmentionable.  I took a long bit of time searching for this and researching it, and though it did give me a better understanding of myself and the world, I did not find anything that actually answered that question, and the answers I did find led to more questions.  You need to be careful about the angle you come at this from, and the intensity you do so with.
Now, I can't recall the places I've seen this stuff, but there are a couple of sites that give good, detailed info.  There's one that has 22 or so numbered ways in which you can supposedly P-shift (one of them being the mirror-trick-shift, which, anyone who has tried it knows it doesn't give you a real P-shift, but is worth trying), the guy there has analyzed, rated, and in most cases tried them, I really wish I could remember the site though.  There are also a couple of metaphysics sites which go into hypothetical stuff about it, sometimes these go over even my head though...
All I can say (after saying think of why you're looking for this and watch out) is do a google search, other words you should try are Transformation and Shapeshift. (it's unlikely you'll find anything that gives you info that would actually be useful though)

Possible?  no.  Normal?  Even less.
I've never seen any real proof of someone doing it, and I've researched methods and they all seem to lead interesting places, but as I said: never to the idea that every learned person was wrong and it was possible, on the contrary, that it WASN'T possible (and that it didn't matter), though many new things with the mind were.  But that's the thing, I'd strongly discourage anyone from looking into it, as I was lucky to have the personality I do here.
