Well, apparrently Petling's true reflection is a fudge monkey.

I'm sorry Petling... but I made a promise a long time ago to myself to not unleash that sort of thing on people who couldn't take it. I honestly don't think anyone here could. Sure, it's one thing to write about someone else, and what can be done to them. However, what happens when it gets personal. I did that to someone once; someone who was a very close friend. It was just a joke, for me; for her it was very real.

You see, she was an online friend. We were at that point where it could very likely have become something in real life, we were beginning to talk about meeting and things of that nature. This was no idle crush or fling, this relationship was years long. She knew a lot about me too, about my true self and my capabilities. She bet me that I couldn't guess what she looked like. I didn't bother guessing, I just nailed it all, right down to some of the scars on her and where they were. I also noted what she was wearing right then; this was in an IM, so instantaneous travel. She never spoke to me again after I sent that message.

I don't get as bad as I could, because no one is ever ready for that, no matter what they may think. When you have the power to do that to a person, to make them look over their shoulder for the rest of their lives; you don't ever flaunt that, no matter how cynical and cruel you can be. I don't ever want to do that to someone again.

I suppose you could say that this is one of my regrets; one of the many, from a time in my life when I wasn't quite as cold, and when I embraced humanity firmly - the idea of it at least. Enjoy you life Petling, free of the paranoia that comes with knowing what people like me are truly capable of. Please believe me when I tell you that you really don't want to know.
