I FELL UPON THIS SITE ONE NIGHT BY SEARCHING FOR WAYS TO HELP MY PROBLEMS. I DONT KNOW IF I'M GOING CRAZY OR IF ITS SOMETHING ELSE BUT I'M UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I AM BEING VISITED BY SOME FORM OF SHADOW CREATURES AT NIGHT. I CAN HERE THINGS AND HERE SOMETHING LIKE WHISPERS BUT WHEN I GET UP I SEE NOTHING AND HERE NOTHING . I'VE ALWAYS BELIEVED IN THE SUPERNATURAL BUT IT SEEMS LIKE LATELY THINGS HAVE BEEN GETTING MORE STRANGE AROUND ME. I'LL APPRECIATE ANY FORM OF INFORMATION THAT CAN BE GIVEN TO ME.

find  a very  good flashlight and batteries, and some candles for back up

It would seem the unseen world has been much more active lately I have felt it too and there have been numerous people with similar experiences around here lately. Read some of the other posts as I'm sure you might find an answer in there.

I'M JUST REALLY CONFUSED BECAUSE EVERYBODY ELSE I'VE TOLD SAYS I'M JUST MAKING TO MUCH OF IT. I'VE READ SOME OF THE TOPICS HERE AND I FOUND ALOT OF SIMILARITIES. NOW I KNOW AT LEAST IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO'S GONE THROUGH THIS. I'M NOT SCARED OF THEM BUT I DON'T LIKE THE CONTINUING HARASSMENT EITHER.

LAST NIGHT I TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM BY WHISPERING IN THE DARK RIGHT WHEN I WAS LAYING DOWN IN BED. I SUPPOSE IT BOTHERED THEM BECAUSE THEY LEFT ME ALONE AFTER THAT FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE NIGHT. I'M REALLY CONFUSED NOW, SHOULD I NOT HAVE TRIED TO SAY ANYTHING?

no if they mean you no harm they might return and communicate with you some more, but showing them you are aware probally confused the hell outta them  cheesy and if they never  come back you're no worse off, right?

I'M FULLY AWAKE, MY SHRINK TRIED TO SUGGEST THAT I WAS IN WHATS CALLED REM SLEEP.  THATS WHAT YOU REFERRED TO AS BEING INBETWEEN BUT I AM FULLY AWAKE JUST LAYING DOWN.

I enclose a very condensed portion of advice and opinion from many years of study and misadventure. If it seems abrupt, sorry, I'm just trying to keep it short.

Most of the problems people that drive people here are to do with how they deal with unusual experiences.
In my experience its not the event which is the issue but what people do with it afterwards in their thoughts and feelings.

Ok, you have some unusual experiences, I dont mean to be rude but, so what!

We are not special, we are not the chosen one, we are just living our lives as best we can and sometimes odd stuff happens, so what!

You encountered the unknown, thats all. I dont see where the problem is.

Whats the best thing you can do about it?

Probably just accept it has happened and concentrate on what is in front of you right now.
Give the here and now your full attention. Not the past, not the future, now. Stay centered.


Of course if you STILL want to indulge in an obsession, thats a different matter! Its just a bit healthier to recognise it as such first.

THANK YOU ALL FOR OUR INFORMATION, I WILL PROCESS ALL OF IT. OLDBILL MY REAL NAME, OR AT LEAST WHAT IT TRANSLATES INTO, IS BILL. I WONDER IF WE SHARE ANYTHING ELSE IN COMMON? I DON'T BELIEVE I'M OBSESSING OVER THIS I JUST HAD SOME QUESTIONS AND WAS SEEKING ANSWERS. I CONTINUE TO GET VISITS FROM THESE ENTITIES AT NIGHT BUT I NO LONGER FEAR THEM. IT IS MY BELIEF THAT THESE SHADOWS THINK I AM A CURIOUS MORTAL AND ARE INVOLVED IN MORE OF MY LIFE THAN I AM AWARE OF. THE REASON, I BELIEVE, IS BEACAUSE THEY HAVE  SEEN ME GOING THROUGH ALOT OF THINGS HERE IN THE PAST FEW YEARS AND HAVE BECOME AWARE OF THESE ISSUES BECOMING BIGGER AND BIGGER. THAT ONLY LEADS ME TO MORE QUESTIONS BECAUSE ARE THEY TRYING TO TELL ME SOMETHING?
