God's Demon by Wayne Barlowe

God's Demon is painter Wayne Barlowe's first novel that came out last October. I think it's fantastic. It's extremely visual since he's primarily an illustrator, and beautifully written. If you've seen his artwork, you can visualize the book almost exactly as he intended.

Has anybody heard of this or read it?
