Mine's a bit more than that, but for someone with a supposed IQ of 149 it seems like a pretty wierd question to me?

I was asking which rules Loki was talking about, and which section those rules are in. I've gone through the rules multiple times, at least three times on this account, and three times on the accounts I've had on this website in the past.
I haven't once seen where it talks about becoming a mod.
