The words back the fark off before I pull out my gun and shoot your ass also usually stops most attacks, just be sure if he calls your bluff that its not a bluff next time.

Hi,

though I agree with the effectiveness of Vinces and Tybalts approach, my advice is that it is best to leave firearms out of the equation for the moment.

I for one wouldn't like to wake up either of them from a deep dream without wearing some serious kevlar equiptment.

You say you are being attacked by a vampire at night. What is actually happening ? What do you see, feel, think etc?

The more details the better.

i think he drugs me anestesia before he attacks. but im ok with it.the most i have in the morning is a pain in the neck.NOT A JOKE!!!

I would worry more about disease than a pain in the neck, not all of them are clean.

Well, call the police, who is attacking you should be arrested. Drugging a person then harming them in anyway is a serious crime. Don't go berserk with the gun, get help first. But if the authorities won't track this attacker down see if you get yourself help from a friend. Then again we really need more details about this, like everyone just said.

i think the best thing to do is to really arm yourself with a gun. it'd be much easier

Bill's right, it's too much risk to be handling with guns and shooting to defend yourself, the best way is to defend yourself but a way that won't drag you into the mud as well.
This isn't a place for RPG, if there's someone attacking you call the police and look for help from your friends and family. Think before you act and think of the consequences it will bring first.

Hey now, I didnadvise him to get a gun, I told him to be in numbers, I'm just not going to deny a gun doesn't work. Having been shot before, I would still hesitate to attack some one no matter what my reason was.

In some situation, there are neither friends nor police to help. If bullets do not harm supernatural creatures, they do kill humans ... Unfortunately, I believe guns are gonna be in greater use in the future. But do you want to be hunter or hunted ??
