RAWR!! I bite you! *chomp chomp*

Looking for a way to pass the time, but don't know where to start?  Try here!  Submit your favorites and things you may have heard of!

One of my favorite werewolf books is Bitten by Kelly Armstrong.  The heroine, Elena, is challenged with accepting the fact that she is a werewolf and facing her pack, as well as herself.  A very good book in my honest opinion.  Her story is also taken further in other books by Kelly Armstrong, the next being Stolen.

Hunters of the Pack series by Jim Richards and Trinity Knight.  First book Huntress.  I haven't had the chance to find and read it, yet, but I will!  It sounds good, but if anyone has read it yet put in your comments!

Movies movies movies.  Of course Underworld and its sequel.  The book and movie Blood and ChocolateGinger Snaps was an interesting movie.

I can't think of any more so... Contribute if you can!  grin

Nope, it's a book.  The movie was based on the book.  I heard the book is better than the movie grin

Well, the Twilight saga introduces werewolves.  I can't say too much without giving away the storyline to those that haven't read it.  The story (for those that don't know) is about a girl named Bella who falls in love with this vampire and you can kind of get the rest of the story from that.

Most stories, I have found, that have werewolves typically have vampires.  The newer Christine Feehan books in the Dark series I think will be introducing lycanthropes (The last book said something about finding the hidden race! YAY!).  Of course, that's for 18+.  Paranormal romance grin What I like about her Carpathians is that they are shapeshifters and most choose the form of a wolf, but they do fly in owl or mist form and whatever the need may be.  The do survive off of blood, but they aren't vampires.

Wait, wait, wait. Are you talking about those hot guys who live, for, like, forever, who need to turn females of other "species" into "vampires" like them cuz they don't got enough of their own, so the males end up becoming "lost"? huh

YES!  Except they aren't vampires.  The males that are lost become evil vampires!!!!  OMG!!!  *fantasizes about Carpathian men and drools slightly...*
