Similar to the sacred geometries in the landscape you obviously have your own bodily sacred geometries. If your hand are bleeding (amongst other symptoms) then its because something in you is out of balance.

From here I would diagnose a case of 'shen' disturbance. It is even worth mentioning this to them so that you start off on the right footing. They should catch on pretty quickly after you mention this. 'Shen disturbance' is easily adjusted by someone with the right training.  However you have to be stubborn enough to continue the treatment to get the best amplification of your powers. Going once or twice would is a typical pattern for people who cant cope with the extra increase to their psychic abilities. Typically such people are delusional losers who think they are better than they really are.

To get the best effect you have to get the whole treatment to adjust your own ley lines to those in the world around you.
